Hi:

Even my case was transferred recently for interview at Sacramento. On line status message read -> " On october 12th, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in SACRAMENTO, CA for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our office in SACRAMENTO, CA will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case."

Are you thru with your interview?
How long did it take to have get an interview call?
please share your interview experience..

I got approved without interview/RFE.

I just recieved letter from INS that my interviw is on November 9th at Sacramento office.
I am living at Sacramento and my case was transfered to SF. but now it is at Sacramernto.



they ask for ceritfied copies of all final court dispositionsfor any arrests. but I never arrest, so shall I do.

Also I changed my company after 2 years of I-485, so how to apply for AC21 or just bring it at interview time


your help is appriciated

I am not familiar with Ac21 process. Infact, i will have to request more info from someone about the same, as i am working for another company [different from the one sponsoring my GC].
