Stamping in Minneapolis

I went for stamping in Minneapolis today in bloomington office, she stamped my passport with I551 stamp and said I have to get seperate appointment in st.paul office to submit my photos.

Do any one have similar experience? Please let me know if you have any information.

Biometrics will be done separately

This is the new process.Once it is done, you'll get your card in few weeks.

She also said I had to wait for another notice from USCIS before I can make appointment with St.Paul office, Is this normal procedure?

Hmmm

When I went there on Marth 7th, they took all my stuff, including photos, in Bloomington. I am still waiting for the card.
