Can any one say whether it is ok to get Visa Stamped from Canada for first time H1b. I am at present in US on H4 visa. My education is from India (my fresh h1 says that the interview place is calcutta).
Incase they do then which is the consulate that I should get my appointment.
Is it possible to get a status change done without leaving US.
