Stamping H1B Visa in Vancouver

I have been in the US for the past 4 years. I do not have any US degree. My BTech is from an Institute in India and I have so far got 2 H1 stamped in Mumbai Consulate in India. Is there any risk involved for an H1B visa stamping in Vancouver for professionals without a US degree?

Yes there is. The consular officers could always ask you to get your visa stamped from India as they cannot evaluate your credentials.

Your best bet would be to get a credentials evaluation done (which would equate your Btech degree with an equivalent US bachelors degree). That way you can establish educational equivalency which will somewhat offset the risk.
