I am going to Canada next week to get my H1b stamped in the passport. Does it make a difference if I Fly or Drive across ? IF I fly will I have to leave my I-94 at the airport ?
Most of the people who drove did not have I94 problems but had long backups at the POE.
If you are flying just make sure that you make a copy of your previous I94 , just in case some st%^%#$ airline person insists that you give up the I94 while going out.
Just wanted to show my appreciation to both you who posted responses to my Query. This is a really useful site and the level of expertise exceeds that even some very expensive "immigration lawyers".
