Stamping Experience...

Today I got my passport stamped. Here is my experience at the Charlotte office:

I went there at 6:30 AM; there were 15 people ahead of me.At 7:30 we were let in. After a security check, I got the token and waited inside. I was called to the window at about 9:15 AM. Officer was nice. Took my passport, EAD, AP, I-94, 2 Photos. Got my signature and index print in 2 places. Asked me to wait.

I was called at 10:45 AM and given the passport back with the stamping. I was told that the card will arrive from 8 months to 1 year.

I have a question... I had given only the current EAD and AP.
I forgot to take the old (expired) EADs and APs. The officer did not ask for it either..

Would it be a problem if the old EADs and APs were not submitted ?

i agree with WaitinginQ

i got three APs and three EADs, in charlotte office, when i gave all to them, i found they did not check them, EVEN did not count them. i should keep some as souvenirs.

you are just fine :)

cards in <30 days..God willing

Hi,
congratulations...just one more step to go before...well, freedom, American style :)
anyways, cards should be sent within 1 month, since I guess the TSC card makers are pretty available on account of all the backlog in adjucation.
I had stamping done on 3/30/04 and had the cards received by 4/19/04, other ppl. have had the same luck.
I turned in only my old EADs and AP, and kept the current EAD as a souvenir, I wonder what i can get for it on Ebay...just kidding.
well, enjoy.
