I have my visa stamping interview at the Delhi consulate, though my current place of work is Bangalore. Now people are telling me that the interview should be at the current place of work. I have heard that a lot of people are being sent back from Delhi as they are not Delhi residents . In my case, I have lived in Delhi all my life, except the last 1.5 years, when I have been in Bangalore. The place of issue of my passport and permanent address are all Delhi. In such a situaiton, do I still need to furnish a proof of urgency to travel in order to appear for the visa interview at Delhi? Also , if I need to demonstrate an urgency to travel, could anybody please provide me with the details that need to be put in by the employer on such a letter
