Stamped in March 2nd, but STILL NO PLASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any body who stamped in Chicago, not got their Plastic after having stamped after March 02? I and my wife got stamped the same day, but she got the plastic 2 weeks after the stamp, I am still waiting. Any body in the same boat?

Still waiting....

I stamped on Jan 30th (Chicago) and still waiting!!!!!!.
When I called VSC, they said that they are still waiting my paper work (I89/I551) from Chicago INS.
I guess if it had started walking by then would\'ve reached VSC by now.

Let me know if you hear from VSC or Chicago INS on your case.

Delays in Plastic Cards

Hi,
   Looks like VSC approvals stamped in Chicago are having some problems. My friend had a similar experience ( I am far away from that stage). When he contacted VSC, he was told that the papers were sent to NSC and they had to get them. He got his stamping done in April 2001 and ultimately got his card only in January. In between, VSC suggested him to go for stamping second time, as they could not trace the previous file. He did that in November, 2001 and got the card towards the end in January.
  I guess this information will help similar cases. It looks like, you need to follow up with VSC more after stamping.
