I received the same email as well. I hope Mrs. Aram Arumugam will be saved from the tyranny known as the USCIS. Let's stay together and make more things happen!
 
I'm not resident of CA but I also received the same reply from Senator today. It good that CA has senator who doesn't ignore e-mail from non-constituents.

Her staff should contact Rajiv to look into Mrs. Arumugam's matter (soon).
