Staffing Firm and AC21 Portability

Hello folks,

I was wondering if a full-service professional staffing firm can be considered legal for AC21 Portability. I was planning to join a staffing firm that will put me on a contact with a govt agency with the similar job description as mentioned in the LC.

Provided the job is full time and they are ready to give you an EVL mentioning permanent employee in case of RFE.

Depends on what the "staffing firm" is doing. If they're just acting as a placement agency, and not as your ongoing employer, that won't work for AC21.
