please advise - eligible for reval at st. louis?
I changed from company A to B with a 3 month gap (without pay) in summer 2002. Then from company B to C without any gaps. I did premium processing for approval to work in B and also in C. Company C's name changed early this year and my lawyer filed for an amendment (?) and am awaiting h1b approval (regular processing). good chance that it will come thru in a couple of months.
my current h1b visa stamp (with company A) expires in oct 2003 but I have approval till september 2005 with company C and am expecting approval to work at D till october 2005.
except for the 3 month gap from A to B, everything looks straight forward. do any of you see any problems/issues in applying for reval at st. louis? or should I apply in my home country? needless to say, if possible, I would like to avoid applying in my home country and getting stuck because of any security checks or whatever.
btw, my wife did get her H4 stamping (on company C) back in nov 2002 in my home country with out any problems...
