Was that business days or total days before your check was cashed?

Is your's following the new NVC procedure effective dtd 10.01.02, where they send the fee bill first and once received the payment they send the P3.

Has anybody received P3 after the new procedure in place and how long did it take to receive P3, after the cashier check was encashed by St. Louis.

Mine was not new NVC procedure. I got pkt-3 from NVC and then sent it to St Louis with the fees.
