SSN Name Changes - Urgent Help Needed....pls

Hi Folks,

Any one suggest me the correct Name identity follow in US ?

My Passport name details as below
SurName : Mukund Balakrishna
GiveName: Ramya

My i797 name detail as below
Mukund Balakrishna, Ramya

when i applied ssn card, i have given name as below:
Last Name : Mukund Balakrishna
First Name: Ramya
The SSN Card arrived with the expected name as Ramya Mukund Balakrishna.

My friend advise me to follow as american family live here. Last name always consider as Mukund and Middle name always consider as father name (Balakrishna) and as it is first name. I went to SSA office changed as below :

Last Name : Mukund
Middle Name : Balakrishna
First Name : Ramya
The SSN Card arrived with name as Ramya Balakrishna Mukund.

Now i have little bit confuse after changing the name, my i797 & passport name as different format.

1. Did i get any problem, when i re-enter to the port due to this name issue ?
2. Can i go again SSA office to change again last name as earlier ?
3. Did i face any problem during my GC apply / clearance period ?
4. Suggestion to make right identity to be in US ?

I appreciate, if you could me to solve this case.

I never used the name anywhere else except bank.

--------------------- now your SSN card name does not match with with your passport, your approval notice and your visa stamps, your I-94 and your credit cards or may be DL or state ID. ask that person how to change alll that? you were OK with your name as on passport, SSN and approval notice, do the Americans are always use MUKUND as last name? do the americans have Ramya name? you were OK and did mistake changing the name on SSN and now change the name on every document and give that work to your friend who advised you.

-------------- let the name on SSN, passport, DL, state ID LC, I-140, I-485 be SAME

--?????????????????. I think you have the Identity (nothing is wrong with your identity by changing name on SSN Card you complicated because your SSN card name should be same as your passport name
I appreciate, if you could me to solve this case.

I never used the name anywhere else except bank.

***** if your Last name or surname is Mukund then the passport office did a mistake by writing Mukund Balakrishna or you may have written Mukund Balakrishna on passport application.

what is your status at present?
did employer filed LC?
did employer filed I-140?
did you filed I-485?
if married what is the name on marriage certificate?
** if GC process has not been started then you can fix the problem now statrting with name on Passport.

------------------------ it was your mistake to write Surname/last name as Mukund Balakrishna on the passport application. now stick to that on all your papers

--------------- just wanted to know that if any of the above was filed, if not filed keep your name and all papers as on Passport

----------- after marriage you can continue with present name or you can change the passport with married name, it can be your first name> husband name>husband last Name. you will need marriage certificate,Affidavit of name change to get your new passport copy. FYI it is NOT must that you change your passport or name or Last name after marriage .
