I got my GC in June 2004. Do I need to get new SSN number or request SSA to give an SSN card that reflects PR status.

Last year I travelled to India with AP and I am not sure If I filled in I-94 while entering US. If I had filled one then probably I gave to the INS officer during the PP stamping. Either way I don't have a I-94. I planning to travel to India during May 05 and am I suppose to give my I-94 during the departure.

I also think I gave I-94 for my wife and son during the PP stamping.

I am totally confused about wether I need -94 or no .

Someone please help on the above two questions.

Thanks in advance

You can certainly get a new card that doesn't have the "not authorized for employment" restriction.

Since you are a permanent resident, you are neither in need of nor able to get an I-94.
