SSN after EAD experience

Anyone who are living in Maryland or Virginia have good experience applied for SS # with EAD? Could you please tell me which SS Office did you go? So I can save my time and get my number within 2 weeks.

for my wife ssn after she got her ead we went to OWINGS MILLS, MD. she got the ss card in less than 2 weeks.

Thanks As you know not all SS office have good service, I had bad experience twice in Silver Spring.
