SRC number format

Anyone able to analyse what is the format for SRC number /

on online case entry, I tried the SRC numbers (+ and -2 of my SRC number.

My application receipt date was nov 2001. application with previous src number was approved on Dec 2001....

Is the SRC number not in sequence ?

You might want to look at the Data Consolidation thread from goastros where you can use Excel to scan the INS website to get the 485 numbers for your date range and results (whether approved or not)

I understand that SRC numbers are in sequence, but not all belong to I-485 cases, and there is no way to know which ones are I485.
