41% sounds like a lot

Wow! that sounds like a lot of approvals. Who are these people? Surely they are not on this forum.

I ran the same kind of Analysis with different date range and SRC range
I noticed one thing in very 1000 cases 100 to 125 cases are I485 case (Don’t know EB or FB) but out of each 100 case 40% to 45% are approved most of them are approved last year (May 2002 to October 2002). 5% to 10% are Transferred and Misc., Rest are FP Resumed.

It looks like TSC did processed 40% of cases processed last year it self. I guess there is another 40% to 50% is backlogged some reason.

The wonder thing is most people are getting approved which are not members of this forum. None of forum members are getting approvals (Very less).

Take it easy

Hi

Bajis,

Very nice to see you again after a long time.

Do you have any idea how long TSC is going to take to approve '01 cases ?

ND:11/16/2001
FP: 05/08/2003

Thanks,

bajis,

thanks for the analysis.

Something to note is that out of 41% of approved cases, there is just only "one" case approved since 12/11/2002.

I have no idea boss. But from the posts in this forum the past month, 4 people with FP in Jan/Feb 2002 have gotten their approval. At least that's fair (instead of the random approvals we have seen)!

redhat,
>41% ... Wow! that sounds like a lot of approvals
Yes, as MeandTSC says, this question has been raised in this forum before. It's hard to identify EB SRC from just a number. I can't believe the 41% approval rate myself!!

Just a side note ... I apologize for not participating actively for the last 1 month. Things have been bad. But everyday I am witnessing some outstanding efforts by members like tru, texas-gc, and a lot of others.

Thanks for keeping my (our) hopes up guys.
