That could be the possibility

Around that time TSC fired the mail room contractor (who used to all mail openeings and sortings). That was the reason for many people NDs are much later than RDs. Who ever new contractor doing mail sorting at that time could have misplaces all these files.

If these files are misplaced what do we do?

so when did your wife get the interview notice?

did you call or do something such as address change, etc that could have triggered the interview?

please post your details - rd, nd, fp, fp manual or auto-generated?

this will give us an idea whether they have started looking at the may-aug cases...
