Any thoughts on how I am "upgrade" the I-130 petition for my wife? I-130 was filed with NSC but was transferred to CSC a few months ago and is pending there.
Also, any pointers on what do I need to do to file for my child. Is that another I-130? I understand that after citizenship and the new immediate relative category the child needs their own petition.
