Hi all,
My spouse is a GC holder and had applied for USCitizenship Naturalization recently:
Spouse N400-TIMELINE:
07/21/12 - N400 FORM SENT (EXPRESS) Dallas TX
07/24/12 - N400 rcvd
08/21/12 -Finger print done
Pending dates-- Interview, Civic Test, and Oath
MYSELF: I entered on a B2-visa, then adjusted into F1 visa and it expired last 10/31/2010
MY Timeline:
12/2010 - I-130 Sent (Vermont office)
06/2011 - I-130 Approved, sent to National Visa Center
-----> Now my question is, Can I already send form I-485 application or is it too soon?
I have read that if my spouse becomes a USCitizen all I have to do is notify USCIS so that the process
of my application will be faster?..
Thanks in advance, for your replies.
