Spouse to work on EAD.

Hello,
Currently my wife and I are in H1B. My wife's employer is processing the green card. Both of our EAD's are approved. As a dependent can I start using EAD?? My wife might stay with H1B until next year (valid until next year).

Will there be any issue me going on EAD and her staying on H1B.

Nope -- I can't think of any issues -- you are the derivative and you can use the EAD.

Its better your wife sticks to her H1B till its valid.

Can you post some details on your case ( Dates and timelines ? )

You can use your EAD no problem. remember that your H1 will not be valid for travel and you need to apply for AP.
