Hi,
My RFE case got approved on Aug 14, 2002. I was the dependent in our case and I received an RFE on Jul 23, 2002. My husband’s case was approved on Jul 22, 2002. The RFE was for the following reasons:
1)My signature was missing on one of the forms sent by the doctors office to the INS
2)The folk at the doctors offices had misspelled my name
3)The doctor had indicated that my medical requirements were not complete because I had not taken the TD (Tetanus/Diphtheria) vaccine.
There was a shortage of the TD vaccine around the time we went for our medicals last year and it was not available at the clinic. I took the vaccine a couple of months later.
We responded to the RFE a week later and the INS received it on Aug 7 2002.
I just checked the AVM yesterday and heard the approved message.

RD: 08/14/01
ND: 10/24/01
RFE issued on: 07/23/02
RFE response received by INS: 08/07/02
AD: 08/14/02
