Spouse recieved card but primary applicant did not

Hi Guys,

Is it normal for spouse to recieve card before primary applicant. I read High5 posted such a message earlier but did not see any replies. My spouse has rec'd card but for me, no changes to status message or anything else, though I am the primary applicant.

Does this indicate that there may be a problem with my phtotograph?

Anybody experienced this before?
