Spouse on EAD and switchign jobs

Hi Gurus

I have a ? for the experts.

I am the primary 485 applicant and my spouse started using EAD to work early this year.
In June my spouse is switching to another employer.

Does my spouse need to file an AC21 in this case?
 
We didn't file AC21 when my spouse changed jobs on EAD. EAD is a work permit you can even work for multiple employers or sit at home.

I think AC21 applies to Primaries only.
