Spouse of Military personel who is stationed overseas

Hello,

I'm in the Army and stationed in Japan.
I already have a order stating family accompanied tour but i'm having trouble to bring my wife here 'cause she have no green card.
filed all paperwork in North Carolina.
RD: 14 Dec 2004 ND: 17 Dec 2004 EAD:21 Jan 2005 FP:4 Jan 2005
I have seen people here who brought their wife in 2 month who was in similar situation using Chapter 319(Spouse of US citizen who is employed overseas for more than 2 years) , wonder that's gonna help our case too.
I'm a little nervous about not getting interview date by the end of this year.
I'm even thinking about writing to Congressman if that really helps.
does anyone know a way to help our case?

It is my understanding that the JAG office should follow the rule of military personnel overseas on Active Duty and there is an especial and faster (I am not sure of it) process for your family.
