I have a green card, my wife has no green card, can she apply for the DV lottery?

When applying should she apply as a married person, will this complicate the issues.

Note I got my green card thru DV before getting married.
 
Yes, she can. She needs to include your name and picture.
Depending on the circumstances, you san submit an entry as well.
Were you a principal applicant? Did you get GC via AOS or CP?
