Spouse of a Landed PR

it is not big problem.
1) After you landing in Canada you can sponser your wife.
till that time she will be ur dependent and she cannot work till she get PR in canada
2) if you intended to stay in canada for a long time after u landed then she can come with you right away and u have take a visa for her.
3) she has give her medical . she can do this in canada.
4) You can apply for PR adjustment from here . it wont take morethan 6 months.

1) FBI clearance from US
2) Medical

I explained to you ealrier . BTW how did you bring ur wife here on which status. same way, just take a visa(dependent or vistor visa) for her and apply from here (US) fro her staus adjustment it takes abt 4 -6 months. then after 5 months come back to US and land . I guess it is not require for ur wife , since she is dependent.

1. You are landed Immigrant in Canada and you ALONE landed in Canada and after Landing Alone you went to India and got Married in India and you baught your Spouse from India on H4 Visa
If the above is correct then your Options are:
1, you should be in Canada and NOT in US to sponser your Spouse as PR of Canada, what you should do is go to Canada and have your Canada residence and then ONLy you can sponser her From Canada as your Spouse.
2 You go to Canada and let her apply for Canada Visitor Visa from US Canadian conulate, if she gets Visitor Visa then she can move to Canada as Visitor and she can be with you in Canada and then file for her Permanent residence with in Canada if it takes time she can Extend her Canada Visitor Visa till she gets Approval for PR papers. She can NOT work in Canada till she gets PR
