Update from IIO

Talked to IIO in the afternoon, told me that the file was most likely with the officer since the notice date was a week earlier than the JIT.
Said not to worry until about 2 more weeks. A few friends at office also said that they had received their spouses approval after a week or 2 weeks...my lawyer also wants to wait for 2 weeks. I plan to keep calling IIO atleast twice a week and keep asking about the case.

My wife had an interview on 13th Feb and on the same day she did her FP, since first FP was expired. I am waiting for approval. Officer said it could be a week or a month.
After waiting for seven months again new round of wait has started.

any updates ?

I called up IIO a couple of times...no news from one since he refused to let me know about my wife's case. another lady said that she is not supposed to tell me anything but some action may be taken soon (whatever that means)..plan to call today with my wife around.
Also I plan to get my stamping done at San Jose within a weeks time...any experiances there ?

No updates on my Wife's case. I suspect it's going to be a while.....
