Hi,
Needed feedback from anyone else who might be in similar situation:
- EB2 Labor subsitute concurrent filing for 140/485 both me and wife at CSC.
- We both got FP notices together in Aug and went for early FP at San jose on Aug 14 2004.
- My 140 and 485 were approved on Sept 14th (Did stamping on Sept 28)
- My wife received another FP notice on same day as my approval with a different A number and an Oct 13th appt
- She went for Fp on Sept 21 and took her original FP receipt, but they could not find her FP records and did another FP.
- I also noticed that her EAD and AP both have the new A #.
- Her online status has not changed since filing i.e. 'Case was recd and it is taking 660 - 660 days to process..'. Her LUD was changed on 09/22 but no status change.
Anyone have a similar experience that could guide me on what is likely to happen and how soon.
