Hello every one,

I like to get help from any one on one issue,

i am in USA since 1997 and got approval on my labour certifiaction and also got approval on I-140, and also recieved my employment card and payrole for traveling, currently my I-485 application is in process in Vemont center and waiting for any decission as they send me recipt for about 365 to 500 days processing time,

Now i like to get marry and the girl is also in USA,

Just want to know if get married to this girl am i be able to apply for case and how soon she can get her EAD card and payrole as its so importent for to travel to her home country as her brother died or u can say murdered there so its urgent for her to go back home for atleast few days,

My deep condolences.

Register your marriage and apply for I-485, EAD and AP for your wife immediately. You should get the receipt within 7 to 10 days, after that visit local CIS office and try to get Emergency AP providing all the required documents.
 
sorry to read your situation . I hope the girl in USA is in legal status . That way things will be workable for you.

her status

she came to usa 4 years ago on visit visa i mean B1 B2 multiple visa but then over stayed , she still have her I-94.

consult lawyer about her legal status and over stayed issue. If she is not legal then your dream will be difficult in reality in this country . She may not allowed to return after leaving this country,if found not legal..
 
She cannot travel. If she travles She will be subjected to 10 year bar. Consult attorney. Do not go Local BCIS office without attorney. (better do not GO)
