Spouse interview before primary applicant? any ideas ..

my spouse has I-485 intvw on 6/26/02 at LA local office and after that shez planning to travel to india (hoping everything goes fine in intvw), whereas my intvw is on 9/9/02. any ideas , suggestions please..
Do u think should it be a prob to travel after her intvw and before mine ???
