Spouse in India-Please Advise!

Hi all,

I have my Wife's I-130 approved and case pending at the NVC (NH).
I became a citizen two days ago and immediately sent a copy of my naturalization certificate to NVC.

I have few questions.

1: What happens next? (I read that NVC will send me bunch of documents, but not all of them together, one after the other? any idea why?).

2: Does my wife has to go through the CP process now?.

3: Can I start getting police clearences immediately or do I have to wait for NVC to send her documents?.


Is there any thing I can do to pro-actively expedite the process?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Rama,
You are in the wrong thread of the forum, please post your msg in the K3/CR-1 thread.
You have to wait for the NVC to send you the various forms and once you finish filling those up, they will process it and forward ur case to the foreign consulate. After that your wife will receive the interview packet with relevant information to conduct different tests/health/police/etc.
