My priority date is on January 2003. In December 2004, I got married with my wife, who is Hong Kong resident but was born in China. She moved to US in Janaury 2005 and we filed her I-485 in February 2005. I obtained my GC on June 2005, and her I-485 is still pending today. Now I got an offer to work oversea and I wonder what is our option on her pending I-485 except forfeit it. Please advise.
