Spouse got Second FP, not me!

I see some of the folks here are waiting like me.. where spouse getting second FP notice and not the applcant.

Myself and my family 485 was filed in OCt 2002, we had the first finger print done same time, but now my spouse has compeleted the second FP one month back, but I have not recieved any FP notice or rather any update from CSC.

I was advised to approach to send Senatorial enquiry. Will that help?

I got the FP notice..

Friends,

My lawyer just called me and said they have received my FP notice. I got it after 2 months after my spouse completed the second FP. good luck to everyone.

LOL :) just when I was worrying with my wife's, her second FP came in as well too! In your case it was about 1 hour 20 min after your post :D
 
But I didn't

I have the same problem Spouse completed FP1, but I am still waiting.

I am trying my luck by posting in this forum :) Lets see if this message magically retrieves the hidden FP Notice :p

I got the FP Notice too on saturdays (30th Oct) mail. Just 3rd day from the day I posted :) I don't believe in such thing as luck, but it looks like it is working :)

Congratulations!!. Did your 485 LUD changed before/after you received the FP notice?

It didn't change at all before the FP Notice was received.

But for my wife it changed after the FP was done. For me I am yet to do my FP.

Thanks for the reply. If the LUD doesn't change (or online message doesn't change) after they send FP notice how do I know if I missed the notice in the mail or they did not send it at all? Does the Attorney get a copy of FP notice?

I am in CA.

My staus is not changed. I finished my FP also. 10 before the actual date. my wife FP results hv come and status is changed.

Yes, your Attroney will always get a copy of the FP notice. Infact mine was sent to my old address but my Attorney got a copy and he forwarded it to me.
