Hi Guys,

Appreciate it if anyone could kindly help confirm if I need to be with my wife at the time of Consulate interview or if she is confirmed then at the time she will be entering the US?

The reason I want to avoid leaving the US is I just came back a weel ago after having been out of US for a year(I did come in couple of times for few weeks to maintain status).

At the time of entering I had to go through secondary inspection and now my re-entry permit has also expired.

Thanks. Was just curious as some post suggested couples went together before the Immigration officer for the interview.

definitely together before an immigration officer in the US. Separately before a consular officer outside the US (or together, if you wish, but it's not required).
