Spouse from different country

Hi folks,

I am on H1 visa...i am from india...my wife is a Green Card holder...she has filed my I130...she is from a different country...our parent countries create a lot of problems for us to visit each other\'s country...sometimes taking 8 months to issue a 2 week visa...does INS take a lenient look at such a case and expedite the processing...please advise.

I don\'t think they expedite any kind of cases but if u share u\'r details (when u filed, SRC etc) it might be easier for everybody including u\'rself to sail this rough ride.
