Spouse EAD/AP not approved with mine(same notice date).....is that normal?

Is it common/normal that dependent EAD/AP did not get approved with primary applicants EAD/AP? It is still in pending status.
Can people share their experiences.

The normal is that every one has his own date of issuance. The abnormal is that both the primary and dependent will be issued EAD/AP in the same day. If you and your dependant apply in the same day, in the same package you will find a big gap between your application numbers because of the enormous number of applicants every minute.
