Spouse EAD and AP denied

I saw LUD changes for my wife EAD and AP lastweek. So, far I do not see any message change. I called customer service this morning and found that ..they denied EAD and AP.

Because I applied 485 twice. When I applied first time my 140 denied. So, I re-applied with different labour all over again. I do not know why the officer looked first applied denied 485 application and denied new EAD and AP application.

So, the officer mentioned she is going to re-order or re-open the application and send it to the QC department for the approval.

My attorney did not receive any letter from USCIS as of today.

What are your views guys please update me...

--are you sure you sent New I-485 filing reciept copy with EAD AP papers???

My attorney did not receive any letter from USCIS as of today.
----- Inform your attorney that you talked to someone on I-800 what they said, may be the lawyer office has sent denied I-485 filing reciept notice and not reciept of new I-485

I have sent EAD and AP application along with my application. I got the approvals but my wife did not get it.
