I have received my Actual card after approval in mid May.
Wife has not received it though approved and stamped with me. When she called, IIO said that we have to fax our enquiry to a certail number. Will this help or should we just wait
Faxing enquiry, especially at this stage is your only way out. Only a supervisor can follow up with the card printing agency which is separate and away from the service center.
