Spouse case pending while mine approved

Does anyone has a similar case where the principal applicant 485 is approved and dependent is still pending or got approval later ? Any suggestions would be a welcome ..

Yes; Lawyer sent 3 enquiries. Talked couple of times with IIO.
Got the same standard reply: we are processing January 2000 cases. You will
have to wait.

EB-2, CSC Center
PD: 09/99
I-485 ND : 10/00
Approved for self and son: August 2001
Waiting for spouse and daughter.

Mine approved

I called IIO and they gave me fax number of division III 949-389-3219. I faxed giving them the details and my case was approved within three days.

where the primary applicant was approved about 15 months back..but
the spouse is still pending...
