My spouse's case was transfered in CSC from Missouri in begining of December. There were a couple LUD's after. It has been there for over a month now. In a week will be more then 6 months since filing. No K visa involved. OPT and 6 months ago we filed I-485. (I-130 was approved 1.5 years ago.) We are planing to travel in Europe in late Spring and we did not apply for AP thinking that my spouse would have the Green Card by now. Any one have any ideas? Is there any time limit for INS in procesing these type of cases (immediate relative of USC) or they can take as long as they like to? Why did they sent it in CSC when our DO is Boston, MA?! Any other SPOUSE cases transfered in CSC (excluding K visas)? Any suggestions?
