Spouse and Kids H4 visa getting expired

I got my I485 approval during last week of Sep-2004.

My wife and kids I485 yet to be approved. Moreover, their H4 visa is getting expired during Feb-2005.

What should i do?

Should i apply for thir H4 extension?

They are planning to Visit India by April-2005. How to proceed?

They will not get an H4 visa cause they are no longer dependents of an H1 visa holder.
But each of them has an I485 pending, so they are not out of status.
For travel your only option is to apply for an Advanced Parole for each one of your dependents.

INS will get some more money from me. Because for three candidates, they will get around $400. :mad:
