Hi, Just a quick note to let you guys know that my wife's 485 was approved. There was an online error message, so we did not get any email notifications but we got the approval letter today.
As you can see in the signature, my 485 was approved in August, but there was an RFE on her 485 because of
1) we did not submit birth cert of spouse
2) proof marriage was bonafide
Got birth cert from india and also submitted evidence of bonafide marriage (common child, car ownership, tax returns etc)
I wish all of you the best and I will still occasionally hang around the forum to help answer questions and provide moral support.
Keep the faith and avoid reading negative remarks from idiotic users.
