Spouse 485 approved dependant pending

My husband is the primary applicant. Our 485 RD is March 30 2005. His 485 and EAD was approved on May 12th.

Mine is still pending. Online status says they mailed a notice requesting additional information about my EAD application. The RFE is about marriage certificate 'Send a clear copy'

Will my 485 processing be put on hold or delayed due to the RFE on EAD?
I am travelling to India this month on AP. I have a valid H1 status until end of this year. If I get approved while in India would this be a problem for reentry?

Once you send in a clear copy of Marriage Certificate, I think your 485 approval is around the corner. Regarding your travel to India, as long as you have a valid AP (which you mentioned that you have), you are fine. Even if your 485 gets approved while in India, you can still enter on AP and pretending that you are unaware of the 485 approval. You should be absolutely fine with your AP at POE.
