Spouce card received but primary applicant\'s card not received (CP/POE SFO/JAN 2001)

Hi,
My poe is SFO in Jan. 2001.

My wife\'s plastic card was received about 6 weeks back...So far, neither my self nor my kids received the plastic card.

Can any of you please give any suggestions..what should I do? I have been trying to reach 214-381-1423 but not able to get through..

Any help/suggestions are appreciated.

Hi netscape,

I am in a similiar situation. My DOE after cp is Jan\'01.I got my card abt 5 weeks back and my wife did not get it as of today. You will have to call TSC. I called TSC and found out that they have missed the apt# in her address. They updated the address (i think so) and asked me to call in mid-dec. If the card returns back it appears they will mail them again. So keep trying TSC and find out the reason.

We are also in similar situation

Myself, my wife received cards last week of October. My daughter\'s card arrived two days later.
Still waiting for son\'s card. POE: SFO 1/29/01. TSC lines are always busy.

Hi,

Can any of suggest a time which is \'better\' to call TSC so that we can get the line?

I have been trying for almost 6 weeks regularly and could never get into it..

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I am in similar situation too. POE was Chicago on 1 September 2001.
Plastic Cards for me, my wife and daughter arrived by 23 November. Still waiting for my son. TSC confirmed that it was posted on 11/21.
Hope it arrives soon.
