sponsorship through i-134 form?

hi there,

my girlfriend from Tashkent came to America with her daughter 2 weeks ago. Apparently things didn't work out and so she left with some of my Russian friends.

I am still responsible for her well-being through the form I-134. What does that entail?

Well, it appears that the form I-134 Affidavit of Support is not legally binding on anyone.

"This affidavit, submitted by the
applicant at your request, is not legally binding on the sponsor and should
not be accorded the same weight as Form I-864. Form I-134 should be
given consideration as one form of evidence, however, in conjunction with
the other forms of evidence mentioned below."

About I-134

Hi,
I am about to provide someone with an I-134 for a DV case.
What should I select in section 11 (Intend or do not intend)? What do you think will the difference?
