Sponsoring visitor visa for my uncle

Hi,

I was going through the document list on immihelp.com and had a couple of questions.

My uncle wants to come to the US on a tour and would like me to sponsor him to obtain a tourist visa as the company that is offering the tour package does not help in obtaining the tourist visa. I feel uncomfortable sending bank statements and tax returns because it contains a lot of personal information. It is suffcient if I just complete the I-134, send an invitation letter and a letter of employment? He will be showing his bank statements and such as proof that he can provide for his expenses and would not remain in the US beyond the granted time.

Thanks for the info.

Visitor visas do not need sponsorship. As long as your uncle can overcome 214(b), he really does not need anything from you.
