Hi,
I would realy appreciate any help.
I just got married. My wife is a US citizen, but she just got out from college and she's lloking for a job. She didn't file any income tax by herself yet. She was still dependent on her parents. I am an F1 student. We want to apply for adjustment of status and we got stuck with this form I 864. Due to the fact that she didn't filed an income tax alone what should we do ? We know that we can have a joint sposor, but is there anybody who knows how this works?
