Sponsoring parents with a dependent child

Hi,
I would like to sponsor my parents for US PR once I become a USC. My parents have dependent child (my sister), who is 16 years old. Do I have to sponsor her separately or can she tag along with my parents?

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

she cannot tag along with the parents. You have to sponsor her separately which will take 12-14 years. Your parents may sponsor her as well when they becomes LPRs.
