Sponsoring parents need information????

I am sponsoring my parents and on the DS-156 vias application form there is a question to state
if you have anybody residing in US, and on what status.

What should I have them fill in as my status

I guess it should be Pending Adjustment of Status or Pending I-485 :confused:

What if you are not working for the GC sponsored employee and you are on H1? but your I140 is approved and 485 is pending

If your H1 is still valid, you can write "H1 visa" too. Basically in that case you have two options - H1 and I-485 pending.
